9. Your Rights

9.1 Subject to applicable law and the circumstances of each request, Users have the following rights regarding their Personal Data:

10. Data Retention

10.1 pk462 retains Personal Data for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.

10.2 Account Data is retained for the duration of the Account's active status. Following Account closure, core identity and transaction records may be retained for a legally prescribed period to comply with KYC/AML obligations and to resolve any outstanding disputes.

10.3 Responsible gambling records, including self-exclusion data, are retained for the full duration of any exclusion period and for a reasonable period thereafter to prevent circumvention.

10.4 Technical and usage data collected through cookies and analytics is generally retained for shorter periods, commensurate with its analytical purpose.

10.5 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with any individual.

12.3 Users are reminded to take their own security precautions, including using strong unique passwords, enabling available two-factor authentication and not sharing Account credentials. Do not include passwords or full payment details in any support communication.

13. Minors & Age Verification

13.1 The Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 years or above, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction. pk462 does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals below the applicable minimum age.

13.2 Where pk462 becomes aware or reasonably suspects that a User is below the applicable minimum age, we will suspend the Account, cease processing the User's Personal Data and take steps to delete any data collected, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.

13.3 Age verification measures, including KYC document checks, are in place to deter and detect underage access. Parents or guardians who believe their child may have accessed the Platform should contact us immediately using the details in Section 16.

14. International Data Transfers

15.3 Continued use of the Platform following publication of an amended Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you should cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
