These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk462 platform, available at https://pk462.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "pk462", "we", "us" or "our"). pk462 is an English-language online gambling information platform built for users across Pakistan, including players located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.
pk462 provides gambling information, betting guides, game education, responsible gambling resources and platform-related content. pk462 does not directly operate gambling services, nor does it hold, claim or imply any gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.
By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
Important: Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. These Terms do not constitute legal advice and do not represent a claim that gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local law.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
3.1 Access to and use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you access the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
3.2 These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific provision most directly applicable to the subject matter shall prevail.
3.3 pk462 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications become effective upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Users. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4.1 Minimum Age. Access to gambling-related content and Account registration on the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. pk462 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage access.
4.2 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated under applicable law are prohibited from registering.
4.3 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily registered under any self-exclusion programme — whether through an Operator, a regulatory authority or pk462's own tools — are prohibited from registering or accessing their Account during any active exclusion period.
4.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing online gambling information and related platforms is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk462 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users located in jurisdictions where such access is restricted acknowledge that they proceed entirely at their own risk.
Age Verification: Providing false information to circumvent the minimum age requirement is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law. pk462 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts found to have been registered with false age declarations and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where required.
5.1 To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update that information to keep it accurate and complete.
5.2 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single User is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts.
5.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk462 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.4 KYC Compliance. pk462 and any associated Operator may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain Account features. You agree to provide supporting documentation as reasonably requested, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identity document and proof of address.
5.5 You must notify pk462 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account by contacting us at the address specified in Section 16 of these Terms.
6.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pk462 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

7.2 Violation of any prohibition set out in this Section may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to pk462 under these Terms or applicable law.
8.1 pk462 is an information platform and does not itself process deposits, withdrawals or wagers. All financial transactions are conducted through the Operator's own payment infrastructure.
8.2 Familiar Pakistani payment references mentioned on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as informational context only. pk462 does not represent that any of these providers endorse gambling, are affiliated with pk462, or process gambling transactions on behalf of any Operator.
8.3 All financial amounts referenced on the Platform, including PKR-denominated figures and illustrative deposit examples, are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only unless expressly stated to the contrary. Actual deposit minimums, withdrawal thresholds and transaction limits are determined solely by the relevant Operator.
8.4 Users are responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions comply with applicable Pakistani law and the terms and conditions of their chosen payment provider.
9.1 Any bonus, promotion or reward described on the Platform is illustrative in nature unless explicitly sourced from a confirmed Operator offer. pk462 does not guarantee the availability, eligibility criteria or value of any bonus.
9.2 Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposits, eligible game restrictions and expiry periods applicable to any bonus are set exclusively by the relevant Operator. Users should read and understand all bonus terms before participation.
9.3 pk462 expressly disclaims any liability for losses arising from a User's reliance on illustrative bonus figures published on the Platform.

11.1 All Intellectual Property on the Platform — including but not limited to the pk462 name, logo, design elements, written content, images and software — is owned by or licensed to pk462 and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
11.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform Content without prior written consent from pk462.
11.3 Third-party names and marks referenced on the Platform (including payment provider names and sports league references) remain the property of their respective owners. No endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation is implied.
12.1 The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. pk462 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk462 disclaims all liability for:

13.1 pk462 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, including where:
13.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk462 at the address set out in Section 16. Any outstanding balances will be handled in accordance with the relevant Operator's terms and applicable law.
13.3 Upon termination for any reason, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 11, 12, 14 and any other provisions that by their nature survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk462 is registered or principally operates, as determined by the relevant operator licensing framework, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14.2 Where the Platform is accessed from Pakistan, Users acknowledge Pakistan's gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and accept that compliance with such restrictions is their sole personal responsibility. These Terms do not constitute a representation that online gambling is lawful under Pakistani law.
14.3 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. 15.1 pk462 reserves the right to amend, revise or replace these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" stated at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
15.2 Where amendments are material in nature, pk462 will endeavour to notify registered Users via the Platform or by email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
15.3 Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
